Novelty Spain offers audiovisual solutions for all types of events, from technical production for face-to-face, hybrid and/or virtual events to Broadcast and Live Streaming, Graphic production and content creation, Projection Mapping, Scenography and Stands, 3D Renders, Interactive Application and Virtual Reality for events, Consultancy, Maintenance and Audiovisual Management of spaces.

What will be your mission in the company?
- Working with our production team and to design and prep all events, including the creation of gear and crewing lists.
- Perform site visits with clients and event teams.
- Work closely with sales team and to understand client needs and requirements.
- Checking that the necessary crew and gear is requested for lighting & AV events.
- Coordinating with our freelance technical staff on what is expected of them for each job.
- Coordinating with other related vendors to make sure there is a smooth onsite working environment.
- Oversee production staff on event locations and ensure client production needs are met.
- Work with our shop to manage company inventory and rentals from vendors when necessary.
- Maintain a working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and staging gear.
(Please note that only experienced technicians in AV with a minimum of 7 years in the field will be taken in consideration).

What do we need?
- A very strong technical knowledge of video, lighting & audio equipment
is a MUST. - Native level of English and Spanish. French would be a plus.
- A background in production & management.
- Strong working knowledge of event production.
- Strong computer knowledge including Autocad, MS Office.
- Comfortable with working with database software.
- Minimum 7 years experience.
