What will be your mission in the company?
Are you an experienced Video Operator with a deep understanding of AnalogWay Aquilon, Christie Spyder X80, and Media Server technologies such as ModuloPi and Disguise?
Do you thrive in fast-paced live event environments, managing complex video setups with precision and creativity?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in Barcelona!
Your main functions will be:
- Operate and manage video switcher systems including AnalogWay Aquilon, Christie Spyder X80, and Media Servers such as ModuloPi and Disguise during live events.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure seamless execution of video elements, transitions, and content playback.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot video equipment to deliver high-quality visuals that meet client and event requirements.
- Work within fast-paced event settings, adapting to changing needs and technical challenges.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail while managing complex video feeds, sources, and outputs.
- Collaborate with other technical teams (audio, lighting, etc.) to deliver integrated event experiences.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior video operators as needed.
- Contribute to the Research and Development (R&D) initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive constant innovation and technological advancements.
- Play a key role in shaping Novelty Spain technological positioning, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of industry standards.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the event industry, specializing in video operations.
- Expertise in operating AnalogWay Aquilon, Christie Spyder X80, and Media Servers such as ModuloPi and Disguise.
- Proficiency in English at an excellent level, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication with international teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding results in high-pressure live event environments.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required for events.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering visually captivating event experiences.
