What will be your mission in the company?

Technical Planning and Design:

  • Collaboration with clients and production teams to understand the needs and objectives of the event.
  • Design of technical video solutions that include projection, LED screens, and large format video switchers.
  • Development of technical plans and detailed specifications for the installation and operation of the equipment.

Team and Resource Management:

  • Supervision and coordination of the technical team responsible for the installation and operation of video systems.
  • Allocation of resources and equipment necessary for each project, ensuring their availability and functionality.
  • Management of equipment inventory and coordination with suppliers for the acquisition of additional materials.

Technical Understanding of Video Formats:

  • Clear understanding of different video formats, resolutions, protocols, and transmission methods for various signals.
  • Ability to properly select and configure video formats and resolutions to suit the specific needs of each event.
  • Knowledge of transmission standards and protocols used in the audiovisual industry to ensure compatibility and quality of video signals.

Installation and Configuration:

  • Supervision of the installation and configuration of projection systems, LED screens, and video switchers.
  • Integration of video systems with networks and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.
  • Conducting tests and technical adjustments to ensure the proper functioning of all systems.

Live Operation and Technical Support:

  • Management of technical operations during events, ensuring the quality and continuity of the entire video system.
  • Real-time troubleshooting to minimize interruptions during the event.
  • Coordination with other technical teams, such as audio and lighting, for effective integration.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Research and adoption of new technologies and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of video services.
  • Implementation of continuous improvement processes based on client feedback and analysis of previous projects.
  • Training and development of the technical team in new technologies and best practices.

  • Previous experience in similar roles, with a focus on high-level events and technical production.

  • Strong knowledge of professional video systems for medium and large format events.

  • Understanding of different video formats, resolutions, protocols, and transmission methods for signals.

  • Experience in managing technical teams and coordinating complex projects.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments, especially during live events.

  • Availability to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, according to the needs of the events.
